SHIPMENT AND RETURN


Since 1945, the Massip family is well known in the area of Bordeaux for its home-made leather bags under the DE GRIMM brand, its high-end offer with different products, the warmth of our greeting and its level of service. This is what you'll find on our website.

We're fully aware that buying a luxury leather good on the Internet is extremely difficult because you can only use one sense - the sight - to make your decision.

That's the reason why we invested in 360° technology and that we put so much care into our photographies.

You won't have the feel or smell of the leather hide, the sense of proportions in regards to your size, the real color tint you can only see in direct sunlight.

TRANSPORT OPTIONS

 

SO COLISSIMO METROPOLITAN FRANCE, BELGIUM, ANDORRA ET MONACO

With SO COLISSIMO, the shipment fees to the destination of France or Monaco are free for every order above 149€ all taxes included.

For orders below 149€, the shipping fee is  6€ all taxes included for a delivery in a Post office or a SO COLISSIMO collection point , and 8.5€ all taxes included for a home delivery.

All orders finalized before 2PM are shipped the same day except on week-ends. The usually observed shipment delays for So Colissimo parcel are between 2 and 4 days.


 

COLISSIMO EXPERT INTERNATIONAL (STANDARD INTERNATIONAL HOME DELIVERY)

The indicated prices do not include local taxes and other customs fees eventually due for any shipment outside of the European Community, and they must be paid by our customer separately to the relevant administration or organization in addition to the prices appearing on our website.

In the specific case of USA since August 29th 2025 all duties and taxes must be prepaid by the sender, they are therefore integrated in the product's base selling price.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

You have up to 30 days after the date of reception to send it back to us at your expense, and you will get a refund of the total amount initially paid in 15 days maximum after we receive the product back (in general 48-72 hours).

The product will of course have to be complete, with all tags still in place, without any trace of use and in its original packaging.

If despite all the care we put into managing orders and our strict quality control, you received a product in lack of conformity (wrong color, wrong product) or faulty (considering it's not because of transport), then we'll pay for the return.
